The Spring of Courage Statue,[2] also known as the Goddess Statue of Courage,[3] is a recurring character in The Legend of Zelda series. The Spring of Courage Statue goes unnamed in Breath of the Wild.
Biography
Breath of the Wild
The Spring of Courage Statue is a large Goddess Statue found at the Spring of Courage in the Faron Grasslands. Like others of her kind, she is capable of exchanging four Spirit Orbs for a Heart Container or a Stamina Vessel.[4]
During "The Serpent's Jaws" Shrine Quest, the Spring of Courage Statue instructs Link to offer one of Farosh's Scales to the Spring.[5] Once this is done, a doorway behind the Statue will open, allowing Link to access Shae Katha Shrine.[6]
Tears of the Kingdom
The Spring of Courage Statue is a Great Goddess Statue situated in the Spring of Courage. By interacting with her, Link is able to exchange four Lights of Blessing for either a Heart Container or a Stamina Vessel.[7] He can also give her four Sage's Wills in order to deepen the bond he has with a single Sage.[8] Her counterpart, the Wellspring of Courage Bargainer Statue, can be found below her position in the Depths.
