Ocarina of Time 3D

For Ocarina of Time 3D, does anyone know if Nintendo's going to unfreeze Zora's Domain after beating the Water Temple? If not, can someone recommend that they do? Thanks for any answers. Elink42 14:57, 19 February 2011 (EST)

Hi there!! I'm sorry, but I find something wrong with your statements...
First: this is not a forum, it's a wiki! I've seen that your only contributions to the wiki have been editing your user page to tell us your records! This is quite acceptable, as long as you don't troll around, I imagine you're just updating your page while waiting the occasion to edit, but you shouldn't see this merely as a social network-like site... If you want to just chat about Zelda, why don't you sign up at Zelda Dungeon, if you haven't already?
Second: this is your discussion page, so it's a page usually used by other users (I love this kind of phrases^^) to send you messages... This discussion would fit better in Ocarina of Time 3D's disscussion page.
Third: What's the point of this question anyway? What's wrong with Zora Domain being frozen? It's nice that they keep some differences between the past and the present, or else the time traveling would be pointless!
Fourth: "can someone recommend that they do?"... Like actually asking Nintendo to do so? I don't even know if they know the existence of this site, let alone visiting it, but I don't really think any of us has the means of asking something to Nintendo! If you want to let your voice be heard, I think spreading your ideas through the forums could be the most effective way! Even better than a formal letter to Nintendo, if you get enough people following you!
Finally, to answer your question, I think the few informations and images on OoT3D page are actually more or less all the informations and images that havebeen released, so what's not there is likely nowhere to be found... Anyway I don't think they will change something like that.--Kombatgod 19:11, 19 February 2011 (EST)
Okay … your first point: you're right. In fact, I probably should go get a Zelda Dungeon account, and this definitely isn't a forum. Second, I would've used the discussion, but I didn't want to have to start the page. Third: I see what you mean, but I have to disagree. I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) that the reason Zora's Domain stayed frozen originally was that Nintendo didn't have time to unfreeze it, so I think it should be changed. Fourth: I figured that, but I thought I might as well ask. I see your point. Elink42 09:38, 20 February 2011 (EST)
Hey! Listen! I didn't know there was that secred door under the ice! I just figured it out! Then it would make lot of sense to unfreeze Zora's Domain! They could even put a new secret dungeon! (Much like the Color Dungeon in Link's Awakening DX)^^ But now I'm the one treating this like a forum...--Kombatgod 12:07, 4 March 2011 (EST)

WikiExclusive Editing

Hey Elink42! Just a heads up: WikiExclusives are, in a sense, exempt from many of the wiki's general rules, including language localization. Because they are an individual's own work, only the author should be making edits, or in the least, before making any edits, the author's permission should be asked. WikiExclusives must be in English, but because they are an expression of an author's own thoughts and not a main content wiki article, the rules pertaining between British and American English are not strict. Your enthusiasm is great, just make sure that before you make any more edits to K2L's article, you ask him first! :) — ciprianotalk 23:43, 16 May 2011 (EDT)

EDIT:I've spoken with K2L, and he is ok with it. No worries, and have a good one! — ciprianotalk 00:17, 17 May 2011 (EDT)
Okay, then. Yes, I do know that the WikiExclusives are an individual's work, but I figured it might have at least semi-protection if it shouldn't be edited. Now it seems to be fully protected, though … I guess that's normal wiki policy on WikiExclusives?
It's encouraged to have WE's protected, but don't worry about it anymore. Your contributions are now part of the page's definite version, and thanks for your interest on it =). --K2L (Interrogatory) 16:32, 17 May 2011 (EDT)
Yes, it is strongly encouraged that the author have their piece protected, but in the past, one user opted to have theirs open for public editing, to allow for growth as time passed. Thus, we've left it up to the author's discretion. No worries! :) — ciprianotalk 17:44, 18 May 2011 (EDT)
