What links Link to the Past's Link to Link's Awakening's Link?
Could Adventure of Link's Link be Link's Awakening's Link?
Hi there! I'm from Italy and I'm a contributor to some other game wikis, such as Mortal Kombat Wiki or Tekkenpedia...
Of course I'm a great fan of the Zelda seres, but my true speciality is the timeline! I don't only have my own theory, I have written down every possible timeline and found the most probable! In fact I'm currently working on the most accurate study of the timeline that's ever been written! I played almost every game in the series once (yes, also the CD-i games), but I still don't have them all.
My current collection:
- The Legend of Zelda
- The Adventure of Link
- A Link to the Past
- Link's Awakening
- Link's Awakening DX
- Ocarina of Time
- Oracle of Seasons
- Oracle of Ages
- A Link to the Past & Four Swords
- The Wind Waker
- Four Swords Adventures
- The Minish Cap
- Twilight Princess (Wii version)
- Spirit Tracks
- Skyward Sword (Limited Edition)
I also have the first issue of the Ocarina of Time manga and the first issue of the Four Swords manga by Akira Himekawa (and to me they suck just like most comics based on games, such as Kingdom Hearts') That's all! Thank you! If you have any question about the timeline, or want to let me know your theory, don't be afraid to ask!

Timeline guidelines
When developing a timeline theory maybe the most important thing to do is to check the status of the elements that are considered to be the same trough the games, and make sure that in most cases the ending status in the previous episode is the same as the starting status in the next. In many games things are left a little unclear, so here will be listed only the apparent status of things, not other specific theories. For example the starting status of Ganon in Four Swords Adventures is listed as free, but a theory states that he was freed slightly after the game start.

Some stupid things, just for fun, you know...
Anjean, Ezlo and Tetra, known to have the same hair stylist
Makar, a wooden being born from the earth is the Sage of Wind... Medli, a bird-like creature, whose habitat is the sky, is the Sage of Earth... That makes a loooot of sense!
