Bring back old Hyrule

Wait up, if the Deku Tree wants the Koroks to bring back the old Hyrule, then why does the King of Hyrule want it to be washed away. The King said he is done regretting the past, shouldn't the Deku Tree do the same or am I missing something?—Preceding unsigned comment added by Eclair Blanc 17:15, 30 July 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

"Bringing back the old Hyrule" is most likely an exaggeration, meaning by growing more land, it will hopefully one day unify the scattered islands of the Great Sea as Hyrule once more.Steve

I don't recall the exact words, but I think he said it was a new land. Regardless of what he said, he means that planting trees will form a new land. This is because the trees will hold together more and more soil as their roots grow out, enlarging the islands. This process could take years, but it is possible. Humans in our world have done that very thing, just not on the scale that the Great Deku Tree is doing it.Emma (Talk) 17:34, July 30, 2008 (UTC)
Forests hold great power--they can change one tiny island into a much larger island. Soon, a day will come when all the islands are one, connected by earth and grove. And the people who live on that great island will be able to join hands and, together, create a better world. Such is my dream.

So yeah, he never actually said bringing back Hyrule, but combining the separate lands to become whole, as I and Matt had stated.Steve

Why is Hollo the only character other than Makar to have his separate page? He really isn't a big part of the game, and since there's not that much information about him, we should just put the info that this page has along with the other Koroks in the Korok page. I'll go ahead and redirect this page. Dany36 17:59, 29 April 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Well done, I placed this comment from the other page to redirect the Hollo discussion here. This is so that there aren't discussions on pages that were redirected. Axiomist (talk) 03:10, 30 April 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Kokiri evolution

All the Kokiris were created by the Great Deku Tree. When the Great Deku Tree died, the Deku Tree Sprout became his successor. In The Wind Waker, it is possible that the Deku tree grew from the Deku Tree Sprout in Ocarina of Time. Could the transformation from the Kokiris to the Koroks be related to that succetion?? Names in other Regions

Is there a way to assign the Korok's respective names in other languages? There's only the name for the race at the bottom. - Milay 17:33, 28 December 2010 (EST)

There is! For these cases we usually do it as seen in this page. We could put it as:

{{Names |English=Korok, Linder, Hollo |Spanish=[spanish name for korok], [spanish name for linder], [spanish name for hollo] etc }}

Hope that helps! And thanks for adding/fixing all those German names! Dany36 17:47, 28 December 2010 (EST)

Fairies?

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity call Koroks fairies (or at least a kind of fairy). Should this be noted?
