Mount Daphnes is a recurring location in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2][3]
Features and Overview
Breath of the Wild
Mount Daphnes is located on the western side of Hyrule Field. It shares its northern border with a nameless lake, at the center of which grows the Ancient Tree Stump. The two locations are connected by a makeshift wooden bridge. Near the bridge, Link can find a Ruined House with three Barrels, containing Apples, Hylian Shrooms, and a Chuchu. Kaam Ya'tak Shrine sits at the mountain's southern base.
Prior to the second Great Calamity, the Ruined House on Mount Daphnes was inhabited by Hylians.[4]
One Korok Seed Puzzle can be found on Mount Daphnes. It is an Offering Spot located on its eastern peak, and it is marked by a Stone Statue. If Link places an Apple in the Offering Spot, a Korok will appear and give him a Korok Seed.[5]

Mount Daphnes is littered with Fallen Debris, and some Ruins Rubble can be seen falling from the Sky onto the mountain. The mountain is surrounded by small-scale Monster Strongholds, with the largest sitting at its northern base. Several Bomb Barrels, Wooden Boxes and a couple Barricades appear in this Stronghold. At the southwestern base of the mountain, there are multiple sets of Hyrule Restoration Materials and the Mount Daphnes Well, which doubles as a Chasm connecting to the Central Hyrule Depths. Brigo can be found exploring the area with his Donkey while searching for a Chasm that is rumored to be nearby.[6]
