Level 7,[1] also stylized as Level-7,(TLoZ)[2] and known as Demon,[1] is the seventh Labyrinth in The Legend of Zelda.
Overview
The Legend of Zelda
Entrance
In the First Quest, the Labyrinth's entrance is located in a fountain where a fairy should be,[3] but it can only be revealed with the melody of the Flute.
In the Second Quest, the Labyrinth's entrance is located in the forest to the southeast, just west of where Level 8 appears in the First Quest.
The Labyrinth is colored green and is shaped like a face. The majority of the Enemies here are Red Goriyas. One of the Red Goriyas will not let Link pass through to the next room until it is given Food. There is a room in the Labyrinth that is not marked on the Map. To find it, Link must follow an Old Man's advice and Bomb the tip of the nose on the Labyrinth's Map.[4] Hidden within the Labyrinth is an Old Man who will increase Link's Bomb capacity for 100 Rupees, allowing Link to carry four more Bombs. The main Item is the Red Candle, which unlike the Blue Candle, can place more than one Fire in an area at a time. The Boss that guards the Labyrinth's Triforce Shard is Aquamentus, which served as the Boss of Level 1.
In the Second Quest, the Labyrinth is very different from Level 7 in the First Quest. The bricks are white, like the First Quest's Level 8 and Level 9. The Labyrinth is spiral-shaped. The main Item of the Labyrinth, like the First Quest, is the Red Candle. There are many Darknuts in the Labyrinth. There are also two thieving Old Men in the Labyrinth.[5] The Boss is a four-headed Gleeok.

Entrance to the Dungeon
Level 7 is located under a grave in the Graveyard east of the Sanctuary. In order to move the grave, the Hero of Light must bash it using the Pegasus Boots.
The Dungeon features several rooms covered with ice. These rooms usually have chasms, traps such as Floor Spike and Medusa, or Enemies such as Hardhat Beetles, used to damage the Hero of Light alongside the slippery floor. Many walls can be blown with Bombs, revealing hidden rooms filled with Treasure Chests containing Rupees. A Thief can also be found selling a Bomb upgrade for 200 Rupees. Kholdstare, the Dungeon's Boss, is covered in ice that must be melt with the Fire Rod. Once defeated, it drops a Heart Container, followed by a Stone Tablet.
