Stamella Shrooms can be found growing near trees. Due to their bright green coloration, they can difficult to spot among grass. They can also be purchased at the Spore Store in the Great Hyrule Forest or from Bugut the travelling merchant. Stamella Shrooms can be eaten as is to restore one Heart in Link's Life Gauge, but can also be Cooked into more fulfilling Foods that also restore the Stamina Wheel.[1] When a Stamella Shroom is exposed to Fire, it turns into a Toasty Stamella Shroom. They can be used at the Kochi Dye Shop to create Green Dye.

Stamella Shrooms, as well as other mushrooms, can be used in a Cooking Pot to make Cream of Mushroom Soup, a Fish and Mushroom Skewer, Fragrant Mushroom Sauté, Fruit and Mushroom Mix, Glazed Mushrooms, a Meat and Mushroom Skewer, a Mushroom Omelet, Mushroom Rice Balls, Mushroom Risotto, a Mushroom Skewer, Copious Mushrooms Skewers, Salt-Grilled Mushrooms, and Steamed Mushrooms.

Tears of the Kingdom
