'Terminan is the fan given term (though popularly accepted) for one who lives in the land of Termina - widely believed to be a parallel world to the world of Hyrule. While this term is used for any general living being in Termina, Terminian is used to refer to a citizen of Clock Town, since every other race has their own name. The people in this world are almost exact duplicates of the citizens of Hyrule, as Nintendo recycled a vast amount of character models from Ocarina of Time to be used in Majora's Mask.
