Verona is a character in The Minish Cap.[1]

Biography

Verona is the mother of Julietta and Jim.[1] She is first seen at the southern edge of Hyrule Town Square during the Picori Festival, where she enjoys watching everyone have fun after working hard to prepare.[2]

After Link obtains the Kinstone Bag, she can be found standing near the Hyrule Town Well talking to Keeley about how exciting the Sword-Fighting Tournament was.[3]

After Vaati impersonates King Daltus, Verona notices his strange behavior,[4] and the worsening of his mood.[5]

Once Link has encountered the spirit of Gustaf at Lake Hylia, Verona relocates to the Girl's House, located in the southeastern portion of Hyrule Town, where she begins preparing dinner.[6] When Link acquires the Wind Element and monsters begin appearing around Hyrule Town, Verona comments on how scary it is.[7]

She is one of the potential characters to have a random Kinstone Fusion available.[8]

Nomenclature

Verona likely gets her name from the city of Verona, the setting of William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet.
