Image Transparency

Hey, I just saw your edit on this image, and I have to say, that looks great! Can you briefly tell me what you did to the veil to achieve that effect? Transparency has never been my strong point :P Anyway, I look forward to seeing more of your work! — Abdul [T] [C] [S]  07:25, 25 January 2012 (EST)

Hello, Abdul.  The transparency was achieved with Photoshop by first erasing both the background and the veil, recreating the polygons of the veil in multiple layers, then carefully adjusting the transparency for each to match the original image as closely as possible.  It took a little while, but the result is hopefully as close as one can get  ^_^  AshenSouls 16:10, 25 January 2012 (EST)AshenSouls
Ah...so you're the one who did that great job on the Anju image! It makes sense since those recent ALBW image uploads and the HW Heart Container/Heart Piece images look so great!!! *0* Thanks for helping us out with those. Keep up the awesome transparency work! :) --Dany36 (talk) 22:01, 12 December 2014 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Shadowed Images

Your User Talk page is going to be full of only praise about your background removal skills, thank you for doing all those TFH model images. That was quite the number of them you did recently, there is one tiny problem with them though :< We generally remove shadows that are cast by people/enemies alike, except for when it is to show the model is above the ground for some reason (floating/jumping/flying ect). X3 However, I have high confidence that you have multiple layers within your image work, and can simple turn the layer containing the shadow off. Is it within your power to re-save your awesome work without the shadows? If this is not possible, or you would rather not, there is no pressure on you for this. And I still thank you for all the work. :3 ---Pixel TC 17:13, 11 November 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]
