Whistling is an ability in Breath of the Wild that allows Link to call his horse from a distance away without moving towards it.
Overview
Breath of the Wild
Link can Whistle to call his Horse in Breath of the Wild. If the horse is within range, it will travel towards Link. [1] This is similar to the Horse Call in Twilight Princess, but unlike Epona, the Horses in Breath of the Wild do not have an infinite range to be called from. [2] Only Horses that have been registered at a Stable can be Whistled for.
