Hello. Welcome to my user page! My name in reality is Aaron, but I hate my name and casually go by the name Aelvir!

My first Zelda no Densetsu (imo sounds cooler to Legend of Zelda, granted they both mean "Legend of Zelda" I just love Japanese.) was Link's Awakening DX. Then came Ocarina of Time. Then came my most favorite, Majora's Mask.

I am also a very defensive and die-hard Soulcalibur fan since seeing a video playing of Link's ENBU (or as they're called later, Exhibition Theaters, ENBU being the Japanese term used in SCI) in Toys 'R Us, I decided to get it because it was Link. But I fully on fell in love with that series. But that DOES NOT mean I accept Soul Calibur V as even part of the series, it IS A JOKE. It's only fine point is Ezio Auditore, nothing more nothing less.

That said, I am also a huge Takashi Nagasako and Nobuyuki Hiyama fan. And it boggles me how Dragonball Z is one of the most hotblooded TV anime ever and yet Nobuyuki Hiyama wasn't even in it. :/

And when it comes to Twilight Princess, I CAN'T STAND the Armogohma fight. Sure I have Arachnaphobia, however, that doesn't mean you should reduce a epic boss fight that included a neat -ass chase scene to ..to basically, when ..well this:

Armogohma: "*yoji*(japanese sfx. wanna know so bad? go check thejadednetwork..)
Link: o.e gh! Spider!! ..spider spiderspiderspiderspider!! Die ..shinu shinu shine~e-! -o-'!
*hammerfists Armogohma with Giant Statues till dead and slashes to bits*

Honestly...*shakes head and disapproval*

And the only other problem I have is Ganondorf. I mean, on one hand you have the epic reprisal done amazingly by Nagasako in Wind Waker. Here, you get..Ganondorf, plotwise the SAME Ganondorf from Ocarina of Time...but now, is voiced by ....Tingle?! o.e

I can understand Link's voice change from the BETA, which I had really no issue with, mainly because, of ..well, the lines Link had in the BETA version was just his lines from Ocarina of Time as Adult Link. Which is odd, as Which I question why they would try that.. I mean, Ocarina of Time was released November 21 of 1998, right? While Twilight Princess' BETA was in 2005... and Soulcalibur II's Gamecube release that features Link, was released March 27 of 2003. If they wanted to go with Hiyama, they could've used his Soulcalibur II ones. Well, as with what I was meaning to say earlier, Ganondorf was voiced by Nagasako in the Beta. However, I do not know what lines were used, be it whole brand new recordings or even past rrecordings, be it Ocarina of Time or Wind Waker. I mean they changed Link from Hiyama (the Beta TP Link) to Akira Sasanuma (who really didn't do as bad as most people would think), but for the main sole reason of that 'Hey, it's a different Link.' And by that logic, they're not really wrong. Look at, Wind Waker&Phantom Hourglass Link (Sachi Matsumoto), Spirit Tracks Link (Yūki Kodaira; granted being after Twilight Princess but still..),and he was even voiced by Hikaru Midorikawa (Heero Yuy, Firionel/Firion from Dissidia, Zelgadis Greywords, etc.) in the Zelda Drama CD!

But they royally screwed up by changing Ganondorf's voice from Takashi Nagasako to Miyata Hironori (Tingle -n-). If he's the same Ganondorf from OOT why change it to a voice that is so high-pitched and croaky?! Doubly unfair as Nagasako nowadays doesn't even get much roles anymore aside from Donkey Kong.

And with Skyward Sword, I don't understand why he's voiced by Star Fox 64 3D Fox McCloud.. Honestly, I would've chose Kenji Nojima, which fit alot more, given the age of that Link, and it wouold have been alot better, plus Nojima has more experience and is more well-versed in physical voice work than Ouhara is. Like when you fall into quicksand and when you fall of an edge in Skyloft, his screaming sounds too forced and fake.

And I've been constantly hearing people say that Takashi Nagasako plays Demise, but didn't record, instead they used his lines from Ocarina of Time.

Well, that..is ..a ..load..of ...bull..! I've heard Demise's lines. They are indeed newly recorded ones! For example, his laugh. Demise's laugh in Skyward Sword is a very somewhat long and brisk-and-fast laugh, is the best I can describe it. However, Ocarina of Time Ganondorf's laugh, is not the same one. OOT's one is very lengthy and drawn out. WW Ganondorf's laugh is very ChewingTheScenery-ish, at the same time, each one of WW Ganondorf's laughs are longer than Demise's. Oh, and Nagasako plays three people in OOT: Ingo, Talon, and Ganondorf, as well as Gorman in Majora's Mask! And Demise uses none of those three's lines. However, it is very hard to hear his physical lines, when Legend of Zelda sound effects by HelpTheWretched have yet to post up any of Demise's lines. Then again, they haven't added anything new since September 14, 2012.
