After the Skull Dungeon has been completed, an old woman appears in South Lynna near the Ember Seed Tree. She gives Link a secret to give to an old man who lives in underneath the Clock Shop in Horon Village. Digging behind the shop reveals a hidden cavern where the old man resides. Hearing the woman's secret, the old man decides to test Link's skill with a sword. Link must kill several groups of enemies within thirty seconds. The old man upgrades Link's sword one level as a reward, and gives him a secret to do the same in Labrynna.
