"The Oakle's Navel Cave Crystal" is a Shrine Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]
Overview
Inside Oakle's Navel Cave, Link will find a Mysterious Crystal propped up on a pedestal. When he attempts to pick it up, a Mysterious Voice will speak to him, offering a Light of Blessing if he can bring the Mysterious Crystal to the end of its beam.[2] Following this, the wall behind the Mysterious Crystal will part, revealing a large cavern with Boulders rolling across it, and "The Oakle's Navel Cave Crystal" will begin.
After exiting the cavern, Link will be in a tight corridor, where a large Boulder rolls towards him. After avoiding the Boulder, he will be able to arrive at the location of Tokiy Shrine. The Mysterious Voice honors its promise.[3] The Mysterious Crystal will then float above the Shrine of Light's exterior, growing and revealing itself to be the Shrine's entrance. Once its green coating fades away, Link is able to enter Tokiy Shrine.[4]
