Overuse

Sometimes, I notice that the Stub template is used in articles that really don't need it. What I'm saying is, just because an articles shortish doesn't mean it's lacking any content. When a page has given the reader the maximum amount of information it can give, there's no need to slap this template on it just because its small. And I already know I sound repetitive :P Pyrobomber 02:08, 4 June 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I agree. That's an issue I'm having. I'll bring it up with some of my admins friends here. More than likely Matt. XP - AtrumLevis  (My Talk Page) (My Contributions) 02:16, 4 June 2010 (UTC).Reply[reply]
Yeah. I've brought this very same issue up before elsewhere. It largely fell on deaf ears. But that doesn't mean to give up. Yes it does get overused a lot. I myself have been careful to only apply it where it fits. The best we can do is just watch where it is used and remove it if it really isn't right for the subject of the article.Emma (Talk) 02:23, June 4, 2010 (UTC)
