It's been a long time since editing, and I wanted to continue by first reorganizing and referencing this page, but I won't take anything away from it. Unlike most Zelda enemies, there are tons and tons of references I can gather from both of their appearances in Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks, so the fact that there are none on this page for such an important group of enemies is a missed opportunity. I figure I will put their similarities between both games together and separate the rest by title. Assuming there are no objection to reorganizing, I'll get started. "Unused"

The Gallery section contains a close-up of a Phantom that was supposedly "unused". But if you look harder, you can see that it's simply the Gold Phantom that appears on the lower floors. I examined the trailer in question (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t2PM91Jv7Jk, with the Phantom appearing after 0:54) to be on the safe side, and that's clearly what it is. The fact that it's on the B2 floor (as seen in said trailer) suggests that it was planned to be the basic Phantom (you can also infer this by the fact that one doesn't warp to Link's position while he is running from another), and that possibly the basic Phantom would've been the warping variety. Regardless, that Phantom isn't actually "unused". I was going to edit the page myself but I was a bit unsure whether I should just remove the picture, change the description, or add the above information as trivia, but currently it represents false information, so I feel there should be one of the changes listed here. --Kyro-Dizzy (talk) 00:05, 2 September 2016 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I think a piece of trivia would be the best. It appears that there are minor differences between the Phantom pictured and the Gold Phantom in the final game, such as the colour of the horns. I would stick to comparing it against the Gold Phantom in the final game. The idea that it may have functioned as the basic phantom is a bit too speculative.Link Lab (talk) 21:23, 2 September 2016 (UTC)Reply[reply]
