Names for Four Eyes in other regions

I was adding Names in Other Regions but noticed that the Trivia below it states that Mr. Tudor is "heavily implied" but "not explicitly stated" to be Four Eyes, so it might be wrong to add the other names for Four Eyes in the same table. However, the two names are listed together in Tri Force Heroes Translations/Characters. Since Four Eyes doesn't have his own article (it redirects to Drablands Diary), I'm not sure where to put them.
