Heart piece in Forsaken fortress

Why is the Forsaken fortress mentioned as, along with the Ice cavern, being the first dungeon(s) to have a heart piece within? This gives the impression that they were from the same time. Wind waker was released five years after OoT, so the forsaken fortress was simply the 2nd, nothing else.--Lennholm 13:02, 3 March 2012 (EST)
