Orchids

My guess is that Great deku trees are drupe producers (like peaches, cherries, pecans) and that the seeds are on the inside of the nut (perhaps the flash is from gas buildup inside). Getting back on topic, I think that Deku Babas are parasitic Orchids (resemble orchids, many are parasitic) and are thus anatomically similar enough for a deku baba stalk to pass as a deku stick or vice versa. --Stalkid 16:04, 7 July 2010 (UTC)
