The South Hyrule Sky Archipelago is a Sky Island due west of the Great Sky Island in the Central Hyrule Sky. Its islands lead from just south of the Hyrule Field Skyview Tower and curve clockwise on the Map, ending northwest of Hopper Pond over the Great Plateau. An additional star-shaped island can also be found floating over the River of the Dead. These islands lead to the Shrine Quest, "The South Hyrule Sky Crystal", which opens the way to the Jinodok Shrine. The highest island to the west at 1220 meters bears Luminous Stone Deposits and a Rare Ore Deposit. The island bearing the Jinodok Shrine also has a Tilted Platform to launch Link around and a Device Dispenser that produces Zonai Capsules.
