"Restoring the Zora Armor" is a Main Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]

Overview

At the end of "The Sludge-Covered Statue", Yona asks Link to meet her after he visits Sidon.[2] Afterwards, he will be able to find her tending to her patients in the Sleeping Chamber, alongside Chroma and Khira.[3] When Khira informs her that Link has arrived, she will be glad to see him.[4]

Yona reveals that she wants to speak to him about his Zora Armor, which he previously left at Zora's Domain for repairs.[5] While it is mostly complete, the last thing she needs is the scale of an Ancient Arowana.[6] Since she does not know where to find one, Yona suggests asking Dento.[7] She promises that she will be able to completely repair the Zora Armor if Link brings her one, reminding him that wearing it will allow him to Swim.[8] After their conversation, "Restoring the Zora Armor" will begin.

When Link speaks to Dento, he reveals that they may be found near Mipha's Statue, which is located at Mipha Court on Ploymus Mountain.[9] He wonders whether the return of Ancient Arowanas could be related to the Upheaval.[10] Link can also find Ancient Arowanas in bodies of Water on Sky Islands.

Once Link has an Ancient Arowana, he can return to the Sleeping Chamber to give it to Yona.[11] Now that she is able to repair the Zora Armor, Yona leaves for the Hammerhead.[12] Upon her return, she claims to be honored to help restore the Armor.[13] She then presents him with his Zora Armor.[14]

Yona wishes Link well on his travels, and she reveals that although the Zora Armor will help him Swim up Waterfalls, it will not work in Water tainted by Sludge.[15] She hopes that the Armor will be helpful to his search for Princess Zelda,[16] after which "Restoring the Zora Armor" will be finished.

Objectives

Stage Description
1 If you wear the Zora armor, you can swim up waterfalls. Yona is certain this will be a useful tool for your adventure.

However, it seems an elusice fish called the ancient arowana is needed to finish repairing the Zora armor. If you find an ancient arowana, you should bring it to Yona.
Complete Yona used the ancient arowana you gave her to fix the Zora armor. With this armor, you can climb up waterfalls.
