The Nintendo Summer of Play Tour is an ongoing event being held in nine cities around the United States from June 15 to August 28.
Overview
The event hosts several different booths with activities promoting many of Nintendo's franchises, including but not limited to:
- Animal Crossing: New Horizons
- The Booster Course Pass from Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
- Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze
- Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe
- Mario Party Superstars
- New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe
- Pikmin 4
- Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
- Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury
- Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
- Tears of the Kingdom
Attendees will receive a free passport that can be stamped at each of the booths and redeemed for prizes once completed.[2] Attendees will also receive a free gift and 100 Platinum Points on their My Nintendo account at check-in.[3]

The event is touring nine different cities around the United States. Eight of the nine have been announced; one city will be announced at a later date.
