"Frog Side Effects" is a Quest in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.[1]
Overview
The "Frog Side Effects" Quest appears for Link after both the "Akkala Tower" Scenario and "The Royal Escort" Challenge have been completed. Zelda has asked Link to participate in a research study about Elixirs made with Frogs, but she needs him to collect more so they can begin.[2] With the amount of Frogs that Link brings her, Zelda is able to make a great amount of progress in her research.[3] As a reward for completing the Quest, Link will receive an additional Special Attack gauge.[4]
Completing "Frog Side Effects" is necessary in order to finish "The Hope of Central Hyrule" Quest.

- "Frog Side Effects" is a reference to the "Silent Princess" Recovered Memory from Breath of the Wild, in which Zelda urges Link to eat a Hot-Footed Frog so they can observe its effects.[5]
