Force Gem 14 is an Item in Spirit Tracks.[1]

Location and Uses

Force Gem 14 is an optional Force Gem that can be obtained once Link has received a Freight Car from Kagoron. If he visits Papuchia Village and has his fortune told by the Wise One, she perceives that Link has been surrounded by bad luck lately.[2] She explains that a spirit of misfortune has been following him,[3] and offers him a Vessel to ward them off.[4] The Vessel is supposedly worth 10,000 Rupees but is offered to Link for just 50 Rupees.[5] If he buys it, it will be placed aboard his Freight Car to be transported to another location.

The Spirit Tracks created by Force Gem 14

At the Snow Sanctuary, the Lokomo Steem wishes to redecorate and is seeking just such a Vessel.[6] When Link arrives with the Vessel, Steem graciously thanks him for the decoration,[7] and rewards the young hero for his efforts with Force Gem 14.[8] This Force Gem restores a section of Spirit Tracks to the northern edge of the Snow Realm, starting at the northeast part of the tracks outside the Snow Temple, passing through a Tektite-infested tunnel in a hill, and emerging from the other side at the Slippery Station.
