Another Zelda Podcast is a Legend of Zelda fan website created by David Geisler from SixFive Media. The site is primarily for hosting podcast episodes related specifically to The Legend of Zelda franchise, many of which are hosted by Geisler himself alongside Kate May. Many other guests hosts from other communities and SixFive Media productions have appeared on the podcast. The website also features a blog section, a link to their Discord server, and dedicated merchandise of the show.

History

The podcast series began on December 16, 2017 and continues to run, with each episode being uploaded to the website along several podcasting and video platforms such as YouTube and Spotify. The podcast is also showcased live annually at the Video Game Summit.[1]

The website launched its blog section on February 5, 2019 and has a dedicated team of writers continuing to release new posts.[2]

The Discord community was launched on September 11, 2019.[3]

Another Zelda Podcast has also opened their merchandise store on Teepublic to celebrate the premiere of their fifth season. The merchandise store mainly sells T-shirts with Another Zelda Podcast branding.[4]

Team

Another Zelda Podcast currently has ten members on their team across the various areas of the community.[5]

  • David Geisler - Current owner and webmaster, as well as the main host and producer for Another Zelda Podcast. Also the owner of SixFive Media.
  • Celeste Roberts - Producer and blog editor for Another Zelda Podcast. Also responsible for monitoring the Discord server. Celeste has occasionally appeared in episodes of Another Zelda Podcast.
  • Kate May - Another main host for Another Zelda Podcast. She frequently appears on the show's important episodes including season premieres, finales, and other large events or topics.
  • Shane Kelley - One of the blog writers for Another Zelda Podcast. Also responsible for monitoring the Discord server. Shane has occasionally appeared in episodes of Another Zelda Podcast.
  • M. J. Kuhn - One of the blog writers for Another Zelda Podcast. M. J. has occasionally appeared in episodes of Another Zelda Podcast.
  • Ryan Kuhn - One of the blog writers for Another Zelda Podcast.
  • Andy Barney - One of the blog writers for Another Zelda Podcast.
  • Stephanie Klimov - One of the blog writers for Another Zelda Podcast.
  • Carlos Gomez - One of the blog writers for Another Zelda Podcast.
  • Kevin Goodwin - One of the blog writers for Another Zelda Podcast.
  • Kady Roberts - A host for Another Zelda Podcast. She made her debut on the second episode of the sixth season.
