"Bring Peace to Hyrule Field!" is a Side Adventure in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]
Overview
Link meets squad one of the Monster-Control Crew south of the Hyrule Garrison Ruins, where they prepare to ambush a nearby Monster Stronghold.[2] If Link talks to any of the squad members before the attack, they refer him to their captain Hoz, who urges him to postpone the conversation and asks if he can assist in the attack.[3][4][5]
During the attack Hoz stays behind to give orders and help possible survivors.[6] His squad relentlessly attacks the monsters until every single one is slain. These fights back and set their weapons on fire at the Cooking Pots. Should any of the men receive too many blows, they fall to the ground and are knocked-out with stars dancing around their heads.
Once all Monsters are defeated, Hoz congratulates his squad and thanks Link for his assistance - even if he didn't participate in the fighting.[7][8] He then proceeds to ask him about the Master Sword and why his weapons don't seem to be different than theirs.[9] He also awards him 100 Rupees from the bounty given to the Monster-Control Crew.[10]
Afterwards squad one plans to head southeast towards Fort Hateno in Necluda.[11]
The Monster-Control Crew maintains a temporary camp in the vicinity of Hyrule Field Chasm until the mission is finished. It is garrisoned by Suzuna and Menter, who provide logistical support.[12] Hoz's attack squad consists of the following members:
