Overview
"Akkala Tower (Part 2)" is the final cutscene that plays before the "Akkala Tower" Scenario begins, starting immediately after "The Sheikah Towers are Activated" concludes. It is voiced by King Rhoam. The Narration describes how, after the Central Tower was successfully activated, Purah guided Zelda, Link, Urbosa, and the Diminutive Guardian in activating the remaining Sheikah Towers.[2] However, the Yiga Clan were planning to ambush the party at their final location, Akkala Tower.[2]
Transcription
Zelda and the others had successfully activated the Central Tower. Under Purah's guidance, they embarked on a mission to restore the ancient structures all across Hyrule.
They had no notion that a shadowy foe was amassing all its might to disrupt their quest. The party headed for Akkala, where the final tower awaited—as did a Yiga Clan ambush.
