"A Picture for Lakeside Stable" is a Side Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]

Overview

When Link inspects the Empty Frame at Lakeside Stable, the owner of the Stable, Anly, will notice him doing so.[2] He explains that it was sent to him by the Stable Association so he could display a Picture for guests.[3][4] After much thought, Anly has decided he would like to hang up a painting of the Floria Falls during clear Weather.[5] However, Anly is unable to leave the Stable for long periods of time, and it is rare for the Weather in the area to remain clear.[6] Anly claims that if someone brought him a Picture of this setting, then he would be able to recreate it for the Frame.[7] Following this conversation, "A Picture for Lakeside Stable" will begin.

Using the Camera, Link is able to capture an image of Floria Falls when the Weather is clear, which he can then show to Anly.[8] When he sees the Picture, Anly claims it is exactly what he needed, and he asks for Link's permission to make a copy.[9][10] Should Link agree, Anly states that he is moved by the Picture, and he believes it will make travelers happy they came to visit.[11] He then proceeds to make his own copy, which he assures Link he is capable of doing.[12] Once the Picture of Floria Falls on a Clear Day is completed, Anly declares that it is perfect.[13]

If Link ever wants to replace the Picture of Floria Falls on a Clear Day with a new version, Anly offers to repaint it so long as he is provided with a new reference.[14] As a reward, he gives Link one Pony Point.[15] He also gifts him a Tough Tomato Seafood Soup, which is a specialty of Lakeside Stable.[16] Once again, Anly thanks Link for the Picture, and he invites him to visit the Stable whenever he needs.[17] Afterwards, "A Picture for Lakeside Stable" will be finished.
