Starlight Memories
Starlight Memories,(BotW)[1] also known as the Gerudo Jewelers,(BotW)[2] and Dearest Stars,(HWAoC)[3] is a recurring location in The Legend of Zelda series.
Features and Overview
Breath of the Wild
Starlight Memories is owned by Cara and managed by Isha.[4][5] Customers must bring the Gems needed to craft their accessory of choice. The Shop is closed when Link first arrives to Gerudo Town because they have run out of the Flints they need to make the Shop's accessories.[5] Link cannot access the Shop until he completes the "Tools of the Trade" Side Quest by giving Isha the Flints she needs. Cara can be found in the back of the Shop and tells Link many secrets about Isha as thanks for the Flints he provided them.

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity
Dearest Stars opens near Gerudo Town after completing the "Wanted: Shop Assistant" Side Quest, which appears after finishing the Urbosa, the Gerudo Chief Scenario. Seru's parents are worried about her taking over the Shop on her own, so she needs Rupees in order to hire a shop assistant.[6] Once she has the funding for this, she invites the Warriors to come back in the future, which unlocks the Shop.[7][8]
After Dearest Stars is open, Warriors will be able to purchase Gems from Seru.[9] They also have the option to sell their own Items to her.[10]
When the "Great Bridge Repairs", "The Lazy Guards", "The Marita Exchange", and "What Bad Weather?" Side Quests are completed, prices at Dearest Stars will decrease by 10% each time. In total, 40% can be removed from the original price of Gems.
