Template:Place Star Island is one of the islands of the Great Sea in The Wind Waker. Being located just east from Forsaken Fortress, it is surrounded by explosive barrels hidden under the sea's surface (and that show up as someone is sailing near there). Once Link reaches the island safely, he finds a giant, lonesome boulder on one side of the island which he must blow up to gain access to a secret cave. If the young hero blows up the wrong stone, Miniblins will show up instead. Once inside the cave, Link meets many Magtails, Bokoblins, and Moblins. After successfully defeating all of them, he receives a Piece of Heart.
This island is also one of the locations the Koroks chose to plant one of the Great Deku Tree's seed which grew into a withering tree. It's also one of the islands with a Blue Chu.
