The three Spiritual Stones are three stones which are all necessary in addition to the Ocarina of Time to open the doors to the inner sanctuary of the Temple of Time, where the Master Sword was hidden around the time of Link's adventures in Ocarina of Time.
The three stones were the Kokiri Emerald, held by the Great Deku Tree, the Goron Ruby hidden in Dodongo's Cavern, and the Zora Sapphire, guarded by King Zora.
