Template:Minigame The Fisherman's Jumping Game is a minigame found in Majora's Mask.

Location

When Link completes the Great Bay Temple, he returns to Great Bay Coast to find an abandoned boat and a letter in a small reef near a Like Like. The sign encourages tourists to take the boat ride towards the small archipelago in the northern part of the sea;[1] as Link takes the boat, it automatically starts to move around the archipelago. The boat will only be available to take from 7:00 AM until 6:00 PM. This also applies to starting the mini-game while standing on the island with the fisherman. Link must use the Hookshot to reach the islands, where he will find the fisherman running a mini-game.

Rules

The fisherman tells Link to stand on the small island surrounded by the four islands with torches.[2] He proceeds to explain the rules of the game: One of the four torches in the area will be lit, and Link must jump to the island where that torch is before the flame disappears. Another torch will then be lit, and Link must jump towards there as well. Each time Link successfully reaches a torch before it goes out, he gains one point. If Link manages to accumulate a total of 20 points or more, he will gain a Piece of Heart.[3] The price for each try is 20 Rupees. If Link misses an island and falls into the water, he automatically loses.[4] It's advised to always jump to the central isle first before going to another.
