Curiosity Shop
Template:Place The Curiosity Shop is a store found in the West Clock Town area of Majora's Mask. The shop is run by the Man from Curiosity Shop, and it opens only later at night, most likely because the store has no problem in selling stolen merchandise.[1][2] The shop opens at 10 p.m.,[3] and closes later on near dawn. It's one of few stores that will purchase certain items from Link.[4]
The Curiosity Shop also has a second "employee" of sorts. The Takkuri near the Termina Field entrance to Milk Road will swoop down to steal items from passers-by,[5] and will drop them off at the Curiosity Shop to be sold to anyone who wants it.
The back room of the Curiosity Shop is home to none other than the missing Kafei. He stays there until he can figure out how to recover the wedding ceremony mask that was stolen by Sakon.
Goods Sold
- The All-Night Mask can be purchased here on the night of the Final Day for 500 Rupees.
- A Big Bomb Bag can be purchased here if the Old Lady from Bomb Shop's stock was stolen on the night of the first day, at a price much higher than it would be at the Bomb Shop.
- Any items stolen by the Takkuri will be brought here to be resold.
Here is a table of all the items that the Curiosity Shop will sell, including items that were stolen from Link.
Goods Purchased
Unlike most stores in The Legend of Zelda games, the Curiosity Shop will purchase several items from Link. The shop will only buy items that are stored in bottles.
