Happy Mask Salesman says:

That's the Couple's Mask, isn't it?

That is truly a very fine mask. It's overflowing with powerful feelings of love and gratitude.

The Couple's Mask is obtained by completing the reuniting Kafei and Anju sidequest. If worn in the Mayor's Official Residence during a meeting in any of the three days, Mayor Dotour will end the meeting and give Link a Piece of Heart.[2]

The Couple's Mask is a sign of two people dedicating their lives to each other by creating two wedding masks and combining them to form the Mask, a ritual which signified that the two people are now a couple.[3] It is formed through the merging of the Sun and Moon Masks. The merging happens if the two lovers press each mask against the other.
