The Megaton Hammer is found in the Fire Temple in Ocarina of Time. It can be equipped and used to smash boulders and even kill enemies. It's main use is the smash the head in of Volvalgia the Fire Temple Boss. It can knock in rusted switches and knock blocks from walls, a useful item indeed.
