The Cucco Keeper{{{2}}} lives on top of Tal Tal Heights in Link's Awakening where he breeds cucco.
The Cucco Keeper is the one who tells Link about the Flying Roosters.[1] After Link completes the Eagle's Tower, the Flying Rooster makes its new home in the Cucco Keeper's Hen House where it gives him some flights.[2]
The Cucco Keeper looks very much like Luigi from the Super Mario Bros. games.
