Joelle (ジョオ, Jō) is the first of the Poe Sisters that Link will meet after you have recieved Link's bow. Her room consists of a flight of stairs and three pictures of herself. Majora's Mask
Joelle made a cameo appearance at Ikana Canyon in Majora's Mask, where you can battle all four of the poe sisters to earn a Piece of Heart in a small hut for 30 rupees. Tatl identifies Joelle as the second oldest of the Poe sisters.[1]
