Sand Cicadas are Bugs used to Upgrade Potions at the Potion Shop. Their larval state stays underground for periods of 10 or more years before finally emerging.[2] They are particularly sensitive to danger, flying away at even slight noises.[3] As a result, they are reputed to be the hardest type of Bug to catch.[2]
