Lamp Oil
Ganon's evil has darkened many areas of Koridai. Unless you find a lamp, you'll spend much of your quest wandering in the blackness. Once you have a lamp, you'll need a good supply of oil to keep it burning. At five rubies for three portions, lamp oil is cheap. Some of the natives talk of a magic lantern that burns without oil, but no one seems to know where to find it.

In The Faces of Evil, Lamp Oils is used to light the Lantern in dark areas for brief periods of time. It is purchased from Morshu's shop.[4] Lamp Oils are purchased in packs of three for five Rubies. The third upgrade to the Lantern, however, does not require any Oils to be lit.
