The Item Trader is a character in Link's Awakening.[2][name references needed]

Biography

The Item Trader is found in a cave on the southern portion of Toronbo Shores. Link can only see and speak with him after obtaining the Magnifying Lens. At this point, the Item Trader offers Link to trade a Boomerang he found on the beach for the item on his B Button.[3][4] Link can trade the Boomerang back to the Item Trader at any time to recover his item.[5][6] The Item Trader begs Link to give the Boomerang back to him after the trade.[7] Not all items can be traded for the Boomerang.[8][which?]
