Planning for the future

Tears of the Kingdom coverage
  • Tears of the Kingdom's launch date is set for May 12th of this year.
  • VexIsRed plans to have sprites ready for Tears of the Kingdom within a month of the game's release. To support this, we plan to help identify any sprites as well as upload placeholder sprites taken from screenshots until transparent ones can replace them.
  • Htwretched plans to review the existing listing pages for other games to document any inconsistencies and standardize them so that they are structurally consistent in anticipation of Tears of the Kingdom's release.
  • evanb plans to update Recurring Music in The Legend of Zelda Series.

  • TriforceTony plans to reinstate the Featured Article/Image system by the start of February under new conditions and criteria, based on a model they suggested in a 2022 meeting. They also plan to have these conditions prepared in a sandbox to review during the next meeting.

Hebra also originates from Japanese but is used more frequently in localizations prior to Breath of the Wild. Baro#8858 pointed out that Hebra's Hill from Four Swords Adventures uses its namesake in English. "Hebra" is likely used in other localizations prior this, however.
