Biography

Originally a ring that increased its power over many centuries by luring in numerous owners and absorbing their powers, Wizzro was reborn as a sorcerer with Cia's dark magic. It pledged allegiance to Cia, who is effectively its creator; however, it had a tendency to follow those in power blindly.

Boss Battle

Wizzro appears in many stages. He possesses powerful black magic, which enables him to sink into the ground and reappear near his opponent. Other abilities include creating fireballs and summoning large Floormaster-like hands and aquatic creatures that resemble Baba Serpents. Like other boss characters, he is able to hurt his own army.

Wizzro is able to shapeshift into protagonist characters. His disguises are slightly discolored, so they can be distinguished from the real characters.

Design

Like Volga, Wizzro may also reference an Template:OOT boss, namely Bongo Bongo. Both are cyclopes, are able to turn invisible, have unearthly appearances and relate to darkness. Wizzro's design may have also been inspired by the Poe Collector from Ocarina of Time.

Wizzro's name comes from Wizzrobe, a recurring enemy in The Legend of Zelda series.
