Valoo, Almighty God of the Sky

The Great Valoo is the almighty God of the Sky. Valoo resides at the top of Dragon Roost Island and protects the Rito people that dwell there. Valoo speaks in ancient Hylian so only few can understand him. Valoo grants the Rito their wings when they come of age, and always protects them from harm.
