Ursore is the boss of the Shrine of Strength in Zelda's Adventure. He seems to value strength above all else and is shocked when someone overcomes one of his stronger minions (such as when Zelda defeats any of his Knights). His only means of attack is pounce at his enemy; this deals two full hearts of damage.
When Gannon revives all the other bosses to battle Zelda one last time, Ursore is not amoung them. It is therefore possible that he is not one of Gannon's minions, and acts of his own free will.
Trivia
- Sir Basil claims that the Broadsword works well against Ursore. In reality, it is rather ineffective.
- Ursore is a portmanteau of Ursa, meaning bear, and sore.
