Mask History
Link aquires this mask from a surly man at the Milk Bar in East Clock Town. After gaining access to the bar, Link meets a Zora there and she need his help. After Link helps her by playing the pieces of music she requests using the Deku Mask, the Goron Mask, and the Zora Mask (and as Link himself), the man at the bar is moved by the tune. He gives Link the mask to show his gratification.
Mask Properties
This mask, while being worn, allows Link to soften the hearts of any angry people he talks to.
