Tott is a dancer who claims to be a "slave to a rhythm" and dances to pass all of his free time. He is seen on Windfall Island and he asks for a song that not only he requires that can turn day to night, but also for it to be "something to dance to".
It is the Song of Passing, which makes day into night, and also vice-versa.
