This article is about the Majora's Mask item. For the item from The Wind Waker, see Cabana Deed.

Title Deeds are items in Majora's Mask.[1]

Location and Uses

The four Title Deeds each correspond to one of Termina's five main regions, excluding Ikana Canyon, and are each held by a Business Scrub living in Deku Flowers. Link can obtain them by exchanging other Title Deeds, or a Moon's Tear in the case of the Town Title Deed, while wearing the appropriate Mask. In Majora's Mask 3D, the Title Deeds are part of the "Business Scrub Scramble" Event.

Only the Town Title Deed is required, as it grants Deku Link access to South Clock Town's Clock Tower during his first cycle. The rest of the Deeds are optional and all yield an opportunity to obtain otherwise unreachable Pieces of Heart. Title Deeds are lost upon playing the "Song of Time" and returning to the First Day. After midnight of each night, Link can repurpose the Title Deeds as toilet paper by giving it to ??? in the Stock Pot Inn's bathroom.[2]
