Quote from The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap Tingle Siblings? figurine:

"Older brother Tingle (green) and his twin younger brothers Ankle (purple) and Knuckle (blue). They believe fusing Kinstones will help them to meet faries."

Ankle

Ankle, who considers his twin Knuckle to be lazy and good-for-nothing, was taught how to decipher maps by his older brother, Tingle. The only time he feels he can truly be himself is when he's tending to the flower garden on Tingle Island. His favorite proverb is "One may as well hang for a stolen sheep as for a stolen lamb."

Knuckle

Knuckle can be found in The Wind Waker only by using a link cable to connect a Game Boy Advance to the GameCube. Then using the Tingle Tuner, you can find him by going to Windfall Island and walking around the island, he will appear on the Game Boy screen and will tell you to go to certain locations around the island, after you complete this he will appear on Tingle Island and he will say he will stay at home.

David Jr.

David Jr. is not actually related to Tingle, he is the son of the traveler that wrote the Ghost Ship Chart. (That is why his face looks more frowny than the others and he does not have the red spirals on his cheeks) He is from Windfall Island, but got captured by Tingle to work mercilessly for him to support Knuckle. He is prone to complaining.
