Quest Giver Kass
Location West Hyrule Plains
Reward Access to Sheem Dagoze Shrine

"The Two Rings" is a Shrine Quest in Breath of the Wild.[1]

Overview

Link can obtain the Shrine Quest by speaking to Kass in the West Hyrule Plains near Jeddo Bridge. By accepting to hear the Ancient Song of the area that Kass learned from his late teacher,[2][3][4] Link initiates the Quest and receives a riddle instructing him to loose a single Arrow through two of the ring-shaped rocks in the West Hyrule Plains.[5][6]

There are 12 ring-shaped rocks scattered across the area, extending as far as the Jeddo Bridge, some of which are on the ground while others are upon raised elevations. Most of the rock formations are in close proximity to one another, though only a few are in clear alignment. While using a Bow with long range, it is possible to sit within the ring of a ring-shaped rock and shoot through the ring of another rock. Upon successfully shooting an Arrow through two of any of the rock formations, the Sheem Dagoze Shrine will raise from the ground nearby and the Quest will be marked as completed.

Upon completing the Quest, Link can speak to Kass once more who will compliment him for his ability to solve the riddle and bid farewell to him.[7] Link can receive this Quest even after completing the Sheem Dagoze Shrine, provided he has not listened to the corresponding Ancient Song. Doing so will immediately register the Quest as completed.
