The Legend of Zelda × Mario Kart 8 is a DLC pack for Mario Kart 8. It will be released on November 13, 2014.

Features

The Legend of Zelda × Mario Kart 8 pack contains 3 new characters, 4 new vehicles, 2 new vehicle parts, and 2 new cups of 4 tracks each.

Characters

• Tanooki Mario
• Cat Peach
• Link (based on his Skyward Sword appearance)

Vehicles

• Blue Falcon (based on the vehicle from the F-Zero series)
• B Dasher
• Master Cycle (shaped like a horse and contains two Hylian Shields)
• Tanooki Kart

Vehicle parts

• Triforce Tires (tires)
• Hylian Kite (glider)

Bonuses

If both this DLC pack and Animal Crossing × Mario Kart 8 are purchased (even if preordered), the player will be able to use 8 new alternate colors of both Yoshi and Shy Guy. The player gains access as soon as the packs are purchased, so if both packs were preordered the player could use these colors right away, before the release of either pack. These colors will not be selected as non-human opponents.
